  Music Unlocked is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to YouTube, Google LLC, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

• Trademark Notice

  The "YouTube" name, as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images, are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

• Third-Party Content: The App functions as a wrapper/player for third-party content hosted by YouTube. Music Unlocked does not host, own, or control the content played within the App. We waive all liability pertaining to the availability, accuracy, or legality of YouTube content.
• Service Continuity: We are not responsible if YouTube modifies its API or service terms in a way that impacts App functionality.
• User Responsibility: Use of this App is at your own risk. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the App complies with local laws and the terms of service of any third-party content providers.

4. Payments

Access to "Pro" features is managed via a one-time or subscription payment. All financial transactions are processed securely through Stripe. Music Unlocked does not store or have access to your credit card or banking details.

5. Refund Policy

Music Unlocked strives for complete user satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a formal refund request.
